When can I expect my monthly Resilient JOY box?

Your payment will be drafted on the 1st of each month.  Boxes will be packed and ready for pickup or shipping within 21 days of that payment, sometimes earlier! 

If you sign up after the 1st of the month, then your payment will be drafted the day you join and the following month on the 1st.  

If I live out of town, can my Resilient JOY box be shipped?

Yes! We can ship for an additional $9.99/month.  Just choose that option at checkout. 

Local pickup at our Lewiston, Idaho location is free.  Please text Angela @ 208-503-9447 to make arrangements. 

Is there a commitment or can I cancel at any time?

There is no long-term commitment.  We hope you love your boxes!  But, if you need to pause (for 1 month) or cancel your subscription, please contact us at support@joyfulblissboutiuqe.com. We understand financial burdens do occur unexpectedly and we have options. You may cancel or pause (for 1 month) your subscription at any time before the 15th day before the next payment is remitted. If cancellation or pause takes place after the 15th day of the month or after payment is remitted, you will receive one more mailer for the consecutive month payment was remitted for before a pause or cancellation takes effect. Your card will be processed for one more subscription box. If you choose to pause your subscription for one month, payments will resume after one month is skipped.

Please note – cancellation requests must be received 14 days before your billing date (1st of the month) or you will be charged for the following month.

How do I update my payment method?

Please visit this link My Subscriptions - Joyful Bliss Boutique - Account and log into your account.  You’ll see a place to update your payment method, contact info and billing/shipping address information on your dashboard.  

Can I use a pre-paid card for my subscription?

Pre-paid cards are not eligible for recurring payments, which are required for our subscriptions. To avoid payment issues, please use a credit or debit card that can process ongoing transactions.

Can I purchase the journal only?

Yes! When filling out the information for your subscription choose Journal only. 

Can I purchase the extras only?

Maybe. If we have any extra inventory, we'll put them in our shop. If they are sold out, you can sign up to be on the waitlist and once there is enough interest, we’ll be able to place another order. Short story: possibly but it’s very hit-or-miss!

What are the extras?

Every month will have a different theme and extras that come with it. Each box will contain 3-5 items. From faith t-shirt, personalized item, blanket throw, stickers, posters, tumblers, bookmarks, to pens, these small surprises will also vary each month!
